This terrific first floor unit sleeps 12 with two private entrances, a furnished front patio, cable television, WIFI internet access, 2 off-street parking spaces & 6 beach tags. Condo A is ideal for a large family or two families to share.  In 2010, this unit will be “handicap friendly”. The brand new full bath will have a beautiful, roll-in tiled shower, a comfort-height toilet with grab bars, and a new vanity. The brand new kitchen will have all new appliances including a glass top stove, dishwasher and refrigerator.  The fully stocked kitchen also has a microwave, blender, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, utensils & more. Adjacent to the kitchen will be a fabulous tavern-like dining room with an interior brick wall and, for winter 2010, an electric fireplace.  Our website will be updated with photos of the renovated kitchen, dining room and bath as soon as possible, definitely by New Year's Eve, 2009.  We are very excited about the renovations and looking forward to decorating!  The family room is very comfortable with two sofas, a love seat, cable TV, DVD player, PlayStation II and games. This winter, we are repainting the remainder of the unit and new wall-to-wall carpet will be installed by June 26, 2010. 

The four bedrooms are air conditioned & arranged as follows: Bedroom A has one set of single bunks, a dresser and an armoire. Bedroom B has a queen bed, dresser and closet, Bedroom C has three sets of single bunks, two dressers & a 25 inch cable tv - perfect for the kids!  Bedroom D has a double bed and a dresser.  This condo has one & a half baths, but from May through October two large, fully enclosed, 'outside' showers with dressing areas are available. All bedrooms will have cable television by June 26, 2010. The mattresses are in great condition, and the pillows and mattress pads are replaced annually, and as needed throughout the year.

Enjoy your meals in the adjacent, quaint courtyard with seating for 40 (shared with Condos B & C) at beautiful white wrought iron tables & newly recovered chairs! Our lovely courtyard, reminiscent of a French cafe, is fully enclosed with lattice-work, has lots of beautiful potted flowers, pretty hanging baskets, & tiny white lights. This is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, & cocktails.  The courtyard is conveniently located just outside your kitchen door.  A gas grill is provided for your convenience, as well as a washer and dryer (both shared with Condos B and C, smaller units sleeping 4 to 5 persons each).

Included with the rental are two off-street parking spaces and 6 beach tags.  Children under 12 do not need beach tags.  We have lots of boogie boards and buckets and shovels for you to use.  Two fully enclosed outside showers with dressing rooms are also available for you to share with our other guests.  You are welcome to use these late on the day of your departure so you can enjoy the beach for another full day! 

PLEASE NOTE: The ceilings in this unit are relatively low, with clearances of 6 feet 4 inches to 6 feet 6 inches, and some doors have 6 foot clearances.
