This gorgeous, air-conditioned, first floor condo has 4 fabulous bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a large family room, a full kitchen and an exquisite dining room, adjacent to a lovely courtyard. Completely renovated in January of 2010, this condo features a primitive style with many antiques. The tavern-style dining room is a favorite of many guests - with partially exposed brick walls, a primitive fireplace, and spectacular antiques, you will feel as though you are in a rustic European tavern. Reminiscent of a French café, the adjacent courtyard is fully enclosed with lattice-work, pretty, freshly painted, wrought iron furniture, lots of beautiful potted flowers and hanging baskets, hundreds of tiny white lights, a small garden and a fountain. Our guests love gathering in the courtyard for coffee, meals, and cocktails, and it’s a perfect place to read, play games, or talk with friends.
This beautifully appointed condo has no steps and is 'handicap friendly', but NOT fully ADA handicap accessible. It’s great to rent alone, or along with another unit. The eat-in, fully stocked, tiled kitchen has all new appliances including a glass top, self-cleaning stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a lovely, circa 1898, ice cream parlor set with black wrought iron chairs & solid oak tabletop. The terrific family room has a sofa, love seat, 2 armchairs, a 32 inch, flat screen hdtv with cable, a dvd player, XBox & lots of video and board games. Each of the air-conditioned bedrooms is beautifully decorated. Room A has a queen bed, B has a queen bed, Room C has three sets of single bunks & Room D has a spectacular, antique brass double bed. The large, tiled, full bath has been completely renovated and includes a roll-in, over-sized tiled shower with grab bars, roomy enough for a wheelchair. The powder room is completely updated. From May through October two large, fully enclosed, 'outside' showers (shared with all of our guests) with private dressing areas are available…. just steps from your unit.
This affordable rental includes two off-street parking spaces, two shared gas grills, a shared washer and dryer, and six beach tags. Window air conditioning units are located in the dining room and each bedroom. We have lots of boogie boards and buckets and shovels for you to use. You are welcome to use the two fully enclosed outside showers with dressing rooms late on the day of your departure so you can enjoy the beach for another full day!
PLEASE NOTE: THE CEILINGS IN THIS UNIT ARE RELATIVELY LOW, WITH A 6’4” TO 6’8” CLEARANCE AND A COUPLE OF 6’ DOORWAYS.
