Renovated in February 2012, this fabulous, air-conditioned, first floor condo has 3 terrific bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, and a cozy family room adjacent to a lovely courtyard. The kitchen and family room have brand new hardwood flooring. The family room has a 32 inch flat screen HDTV with cable, DVD player, PlayStation II with lots of video games, dozens of books and many board games. The family room will be furnished with either a sofa and loveseat or a sectional sofa. There is an additional living area with a sectional sofa and flat screen tv/dvd in the third bedroom! The kitchen includes a Bosch dishwasher, glass-top stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, griddle, crock pot, blender, mixer, and a full set of dishes, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and grill tools for the shared gas grills. The counter area has seating for 4 at bar stools and the kitchen table seats an additional 4, but most guest prefer to enjoy meals in our lovely courtyard. Fully enclosed with lattice-work, the courtyard has pretty wrought iron furniture, lots of beautiful flowers and hanging baskets and hundreds of tiny white lights. Reminiscent of a French café – the courtyard is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, meals, and cocktails, play games, or read your favorite book.
The condo features 3 beautiful bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, an antique armoire, Queen Ann blanket chest and lovely hardwood floors. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a solid brass and porcelain antique headboard, and a gorgeous, antique oak dresser with ornate brass handles. Both bedrooms have flat screen tv/dvd combinations, but no cable. Away from the main living area, Bedroom 3 is an extra-large room with a pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top), a regular (twin/twin) bunk bed, dresser, sectional sofa, 27 inch flat screen LED hdtv with cable and a dvd player. All of the baths have been updated, and the two full baths have tub/shower combinations, great for children!
The rental includes two off-street parking spaces, two shared gas grills, a shared washer and dryer, and 4 beach tags. Window air conditioning units are located in the family room and each bedroom. We have lots of boogie boards and buckets and shovels for you to use. Two fully enclosed outside showers with dressing rooms are also available for you to share with our other guests. You are welcome to use these late on the day of your departure so you can enjoy the beach for another full day!
